Oh La La, Ma-Me-O

About an hour's drive out of Edmonton is Ma-Me-O Beach. There were very few people there when we arrived on a Tuesday afternoon, and I was a little blown away by the stillness of the water and the absolute blue of everything around me.

The water was shallow; you could walk for half a mile before you got anywhere near deep. The view from that end was just as picturesque!

The beach itself was composed of soft white sand, and everywhere you looked, there were tiny treasures to be found. I was in heaven!

And all just a short jaunt from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Oh la la, Ma-Me-O!
