I waited two and a half years to get my lenses on this rambunctious little tyke, and a day at the beach with Caleb and his family is exactly what I didn't know I'd been waiting for.
He hit the ground running... so to speak.
Chasing seagulls, leaves, or just away from Daddy, he was darting off in one direction or another every time we turned around.
Not only is he stinking cute when he's running away; he's stinking cute when he's getting caught running away too!
When he did make it to the water, Mommy was there to catch him, both figuratively and literally.
This little series are some of my favourites.
It's a good day to be Caleb!
To take part in some intense sandcastle building with Daddy.
To discover the physics of sand.
To investigate this mystery item.
To have to put down the mystery item.
And to be allowed to
just
be
Caleb.
